This one was on my "curiosity list" for a long time, but I was always shy about buying it because of its library album status (I'm generally a bit dubious about library LPs, due to lots of dealer hype and a few disappointments in the past). Turns out my fears were unfounded, as this is excellent melodic jazz-rock, firmly in the classic French tradition. Lots of great keyboard and guitar leads, plus a very tight rhythm section. The most known player on here is probably Eric Boell, who cut a string of solo albums in the 80s, but the whole group proves equally capable. This record was indeed produced by library music mastermind Eddie Warner and released on his own label, but you'd never suspect it if you didn't know otherwise. I should have gotten it sooner!
